Career

With a long legal practice dedicated to the oil, natural gas and biofuels sector, he leads the E&P and downstream team at Machado Meyer. Has extensive experience in transactions involving the negotiation of E&P assets and with clients from all areas regulated by the National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANP). Acts in administrative litigation and complex regulatory issues requiring legal and technical expertise (operational safety, local content, fuel specification, unconventional resources). He also has extensive experience in regulatory and contractual issues relating to biofuels, natural hydrogen and CCS/CCUS.
