Machado is specialist in the regulation of the electricity sector and projects financing and structuring operations. His practice encompasses all the stages of infrastructure projects’ development, specially the structuring, drafting and negotiation of financing contracts and contracts for engineering procurement and construction (EPC). He has previous experience in the areas of knowledge of energy, renewable resources, motorway concessions, oil and gas, and agribusiness.
