Isis has more than ten years of experience in corporate litigation, handling complex and strategic disputes involving limited liability companies and corporations, contractual disputes, and conflicts between partners. She advises Brazilian and international companies across a range of sectors, particularly energy and infrastructure. She is involved in all stages of litigation, from prevention through post-litigation matters, in both arbitration proceedings and court cases. She also served as an assistant lecturer at the University of São Paulo’s Ribeirão Preto Law School (FDRP-USP). She graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo. She holds a master’s degree in Law and Development, with an emphasis on Commercial Law, from the University of São Paulo. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Escola Paulista de Magistratura and a specialization in M&A Contracts from Fundação Getulio Vargas de São Paulo. She is a member of Abrasca’s Legal Committee.
