Felipe specializes in advising financial institutions, asset managers, fiduciary administrators and other types of sponsors on structuring investment funds, including equity funds (FIPs), credit rights funds (FIDCs), real estate funds (FIIs) and agro-industrial funds (FIAGROs). He acts directly in the drafting and negotiation of complex legal instruments for raising and managing funds in the capital markets, as well as providing regulatory advice on the incorporation and accreditation of asset managers with the CVM and ANBIMA, and on other matters in the spheres of asset management and administration.
