Celia Tuzo joined the firm following the merger of Wakfield Quin Limited with HCS Law Ltd in May 2017.

Celia specializes in Property with particular emphasis on assisting both local and international clients in acquiring residential property and/or fractional interests, commercial leases, and landlord and tenant matters. She also assists with wills, probates and debt collection matters. 

Celia was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2015 and enrolled as a Notary Public in 2016.

After 20 years of working and gaining experience in the legal profession, Celia obtained her LL.B at the University of Kent in Canterbury in July 2012 and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Kent in London Bloomsbury in July 2014.
