Andrew is an independent consultant and solicitor working with MKS Law.

He has over 20 years’ experience as a commercial litigator and specialises in all aspects of contentious fraud, asset recovery and cross-border insolvency claims.

He has acted in many complex multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes, including acting for the joint liquidators of Stanford International Bank and the Trustee of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.

Andrew also acts for Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. in a high profile case against Nissan’s former CEO Carlos Ghosn.
