Partner

A Partner in the Banking and Finance department, Rowena represents lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financings, including domestic and cross-border transactions. She has particular expertise in real estate finance, encompassing investment and development of both commercial and residential properties, as well as the financing of rural estates across a diverse sector range including residential development, retail, hotels, student accommodation, offices, life sciences, healthcare, alternative living and PRS.

Outside of real estate finance, Rowena has significant expertise in acquisition finance, corporate finance including asset-based lending as well as fund finance.

Her lender clients include retail and private banks, challenger banks and alternative lenders. On the borrower side, she acts for funds and institutional investors, corporates, high net worth individuals, trustees and family offices among others.

She is approachable, commercial and pragmatic with a focus on quality advice, collaborative working, the client’s ultimate objectives and what really matters.
