Gareth specialises in financial matters arising out of marital breakdown and is equally adept at dealing with cases involving both modest and more substantial assets.

He specialises in advising separating parties on:

Divorce and matrimonial finance

Relationship breakdowns in unmarried couples, including claims under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) and Schedule 1 of the Children Act

Disputes about pensions and business assets

Gareth is also able to prepare nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements to help parties who want to protect their assets at the outset of their relationship/marriage.

He is collaboratively trained and committed to assisting parties who wish to resolve their disputes without going to court.
