Solicitor

Sara is a Solicitor in the Banking & Finance team. She advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of corporate banking and finance transactions.

Sara has experience across a broad range of development finance and corporate banking transactions in sectors including healthcare, marine, renewables, retail and food & drink.

She has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating both standard form and bespoke finance, security and guarantee documentation for a number of leading financial institutions and alternative lenders operating in the UK market. She is also regularly involved in high-value and complex transactions, often with multi-jurisdictional elements.

Prior to qualifying Sara was a Legal Assistant and Trainee Solicitor within the Banking & Finance team.
