Heather leads the Personal Injury & Reparation team, which deals with a wide variety of Personal Injury claims including road traffic, employer liability, public liability and medical negligence.  The team pursue and defend claims in courts throughout Scotland including the All-Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session.

Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Personal Injury, Heather has experience in a variety of civil litigation and specialises in complex personal injury reparation involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities.

Heather is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, the world’s largest professional body dedicated to insurance and financial services. Within this role, Heather is also a member of her local Institute, the Insurance and Actuarial Society of Glasgow.
