Senior Solicitor

Frances is a Senior Solicitor in the Debt & Asset Recovery team. She has appeared in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland on behalf of Pursuers and Defenders. She has also assisted with defending applications to the First Tier Tribunal. Frances spent time on secondment to the AiB during her traineeship and now assists the Insolvency team with sequestration and insolvency matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Frances obtained an MA in Russian with Central and East European Studies and MSc in Translation Studies from the University of Glasgow where she also completed her LLB and Diploma in Professional Practice.
