Jenna is a Legal Director in our commercial real estate team, having specialised in commercial real estate since qualifying in 2010.

Jenna has a strong background in commercial leasing (acting for both landlords and tenants in a range of sectors), together with a broad range of commercial real estate experience including:

• investment purchases and sales;
• dealing with the ongoing leasehold property portfolio management (for both landlords and tenants);
• acting on behalf of insolvency practitioners in respect of the disposal of commercial properties;
• development site acquisitions;
• advising on the property aspects of corporate transactions, including cross-border transactions;
• property disposals and acquisitions
