Euan acts for clients in a range of commercial property matters. He specialises in providing advice on commercial purchases and sales, commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants and the property aspects of corporate transactions. Euan also advises housebuilders on various matters in connection with housing developments, including site acquisition, management, deeds of conditions, and infrastructure. He has particular experience in the sale of affordable housing sites to public and private sector housing providers.
