Lindsay has a wide range of experience having specialised in private client law since 2009. She advises high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs on the preparation of wills, estate and business succession planning, executries (probate), trusts, inheritance tax and on adults with incapacity matters including powers of attorney and guardianships.

Lindsay is a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and is accredited as a Trusts Law specialist by the Law Society of Scotland. She is also board member of the charity Badenoch and Strathspey Community ConnXions.
