Angus is a member of the Dispute Resolution team based in Inverness. He deals with a variety of civil and commercial matters and has experience in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session practice and procedure. He also represents clients in the First-tier Tribunal Housing and Property Chamber.

As well as dealing with contractual, property, construction and debt recovery disputes, Angus works closely with the Private Client team, advising executors, beneficiaries and potential claimants on a range of contentious issues. He also advises on the appointment of financial and/or welfare guardians.

Angus’ experience includes advising in heritable actions for recovery of possession of property and in relation to enforcement action after a Court order has been granted. Angus is a Notary Public.
