Daniella is an associate in the corporate group in Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. Daniella is experienced in corporate finance work and general corporate matters including company formation, regulatory and corporate governance and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Daniella worked at another law firm in the Cayman Islands, where she obtained experience in advising on a full spectrum of local and international transactions for financial institutions, companies and private equity funds.

Daniella is a licensed Cayman Notary Public and has been admitted as an attorney at law in the Cayman Islands.

Daniella graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Liverpool and holds an LLM in Law from Oxford Brookes University.
