Nicholas is an associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team, based in the Cayman Islands. He advises companies across a wide range of corporate and finance transactions. Nicholas' work has included representing clients in mergers, acquisitions, financings and re-structuring along with a variety of other corporate matters.

Nicholas trained in the Cayman Islands office's Articled Clerk program and was admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in January 2023.

Nicholas read Honours Arts and Business, Business and Legal Studies at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, graduating with a distinction in 2018, before moving to London, England where he earned both his Masters of Laws and Legal Practice Course qualifications from BPP University.
