Gerald is an associate in the corporate group of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. Gerald advises on a wide variety of corporate matters including mergers, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, IPOs, corporate restructurings, commercial contracts, and general corporate law and governance.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Gerald worked at a leading law firm in Dublin and was part of the corporate M&A team, where he advised a diverse range of domestic and international clients, including public and private companies, financial institutions, state bodies, and charities.

Gerald is admitted as a solicitor to the Law Society of Ireland and as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

He completed the BCL/Maîtrise, a dual law degree programme delivered by University College Dublin and Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in France.
