Ella is an associate in the corporate team of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. She advises on a range of banking and finance matters including fund finance, structured finance, asset finance and loans of stablecoins and other digital assets.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2026, Ella worked at a leading international law firm in Sydney, Australia, where she advised on a broad range of corporate finance, property finance, asset finance and project finance transactions.

Ella obtained a bachelor's degree in Law from the Australian National University in 2021 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in November 2022 and the High Court of Australia in January 2023.
