Carey Olsen

Charlotte is an associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team, based in the Cayman Islands. She advises on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions.

Charlotte gained work experience in local high street firms and pro bono clinics before accepting a full-time position at Thomson Reuters Practical Law. Charlotte moved to Grand Cayman in 2021, and joined Carey Olsen as a Paralegal, where she worked on a variety of transactions.

Charlotte trained in the Cayman Islands office's Articled Clerk programme. She completed her Articles in September 2024 and was admitted as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in April 2025.

Charlotte holds a BA from King's College London and completed both her Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in London.
