Position
Evan is a senior associate in the corporate group of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. He advises on a wide range of corporate and corporate finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.
Career
Evan was formerly with Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto where he maintained a broad corporate practice, advising on equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and banking transactions.
Evan was called to the bar in Ontario, Canada in 2016 and was admitted as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2022.
Education
Evan graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Brandon University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
