Alex is an associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team, based in Bermuda. He advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, corporate governance and financing rounds.

Alex has experience advising clients in a variety of sectors including fintech, media & entertainment, banking and technology.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in August 2025, Alex was a senior associate in the corporate team at Harbottle & Lewis LLP in London. During his time at H&L, Alex was seconded to the Virgin Group and an investment group in London.

Alex has also spent time working in other offshore jurisdictions, including the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Alex obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Law in 2014.
