Tom is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team, based in Bermuda. He advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and finance law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and financing rounds. Tom has experience advising clients in a variety of sectors including insurance, sport, media & entertainment, banking and technology.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen in Bermuda in July 2024, Tom was an associate in the corporate team in a London based firm, Harbottle & Lewis LLP. He is a qualified lawyer in Bermuda and England.

Tom obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Law in 2015 before going on to obtain an MSc in Law, Business and Management from the same institution in 2016. He trained at a leading regional firm in the UK before joining Harbottle & Lewis LLP in 2021.
