Tina is an experienced advocate whose practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency related litigation, commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and contentious trust matters.

Her practice encompasses the full range of Cayman and BVI disputes, and she has appeared before all levels of the Cayman Courts as well as the BVI Commercial Court. She also has a special interest in digital assets and tech disputes.

Prior to joining Ogier, Tina previously worked at a leading Dubai International Finance Centre law firm, where she was involved in a landmark cryptocurrency case.
