Ben is Partner in our Guernsey Litigation practice. He's a dual-qualified US-UK lawyer with broad litigation experience.

Ben has worked in the Office of the Prosecutor, Appeals Unit, at the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia, where he focused on international criminal law.

He also spent three years at leading law firm Pullman & Comley in Connecticut, where he split his time between white-collar crime work and civil/commercial disputes.

After moving to London in 2014, Ben worked for a UK solicitor, Charles Fussell & Co, specialising in High Court commercial litigation.

In addition to involvement in a wide range of complex contentious matters at trial level in US federal and state court, English High Court and the Guernsey Royal Court, Ben has notable experience in appellate practice. He's argued before state appellate and supreme courts.
