Fiona has over 20 years of experience in the PFI/PPP market. She has advised public authorities, SPVs, contractors, investors and funders across the education, health, wastewater, social housing, municipal waste, streetlighting, rail and student accommodation sectors on some of the UK and Ireland's largest infrastructure projects. She has significant experience of advising clients through competitive tendering exercises and successful bid stage to reach financial close on over 20 PFI/PPP projects. In addition, Fiona has advised the public sector, hubco and lenders on the delivery of projects under the Scottish hub framework, including six Design Build Finance and Maintain (DBFM) projects as well as delivering a considerable number of design and build projects under the framework.
