Jo ensures that the banking lawyers are kept up to date with changes in law and market practice. She has experience in a wide variety of aspects of banking work including bilateral and syndicated facilities, security structures and intercreditor arrangements. She has worked for borrowers, institutional investors, private equity providers and social housing groups.

Prior to working as a professional support lawyer, Jo gained extensive experience in coordinating and running acquisition and leveraged finance transactions and property and development finance transactions both within the UK and internationally. She is dual qualified in both England & Scotland and practices in England.

Before working at Gateley Plc Jo worked at Halliwells, Clifford Chance (Amsterdam) and McClure Naismith.Admitted as a qualified solicitor Scotland 2003Admitted as a qualified solicitor England & Wales 2009
