Kate specialises in residential development, acting for developers and housebuilders on the sale and purchase of development sites.  Kate’s experience includes conditional development/sale agreements involving planning obligations, serviced land acquisitions and site assembly and investigations as well as disposals to affordable and private rented housing providers and commercial and health sector occupiers.

Trained at Hammonds Suddards Edge (now Squire Patton Boggs), qualified in 2003.  Trainee to Senior Associate at Squire Patton Boggs, 2001-2017.  Joined Gateley as a senior associate in June 2017.
