Richard is an expert in real estate development, funding and investment, having acted for a variety of institutional and private clients on mixed use, logistics, retail & leisure, and office schemes.

Having recently worked in the commercial development sector, Richard is able to combine this direct experience with a wealth of knowledge from many years as a commercial real estate lawyer acting upon complicated and significant transactions.

Trained at Eversheds; qualified 1993; partner 2001. Wragges for six years before moving to Gateleys as a partner.
