Restructuring

Helen is a Senior Associate in the Restructuring team at Gateley, based in Birmingham. She specialises in non-contentious insolvency transactional and advisory work.

Helen regularly advises financial institutions, investors, companies/directors, insolvency practitioners and creditors on all aspects of security and its enforcement, restructuring, distressed acquisitions and disposals and formal insolvency processes.
She completed a secondment to a major clearing Bank.

Trained at Gateley plc and qualified in the Restructuring team in 2008. Promoted to Associate in 2014 and to Senior Associate in 2016.

Conversational French and Spanish.
