After graduating from the University of Northampton with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree, Houman went on to achieve a Commendation in his Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law in London. During his studies, he was actively involved in student unions and various professional organisations.

Houman specialises in business immigration routes, including Skilled Worker sponsorship, Global Business Mobility, Innovator Founder visas, Overseas Representative applications, and other corporate immigration matters. He regularly assists entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners seeking to establish and expand businesses in the United Kingdom, while also advising multinational companies on obtaining and maintaining sponsor licences and managing their international workforce requirements.
