Principal Associate – Property Litigation

Acting primarily for landlords and managing agents, Rozia leads on a broad range of residential property disputes, including service charge and ground rent disputes, forfeiture, breach of covenant, trespass, and lease enforcement. She regularly acts in matters before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and the County Court, including right to manage proceedings, section 20 consultation and dispensation applications, and service charge reasonableness and liability claims, instructing counsel where appropriate.

Alongside her property practice, Rozia brings significant wider commercial litigation experience, advising on complex contractual disputes, interim applications and enforcement proceedings, including matters with cross-border elements. She provides strategic oversight of litigation, supervises junior lawyers, and delivers clear, commercially focused and outcomes-driven advice.
