Anna deals with a wide variety of residential property matters with a focus on issues relating to fire safety and defective premises.

Anna’s principal areas of practice include dealing with applications in the First-tier Tribunal relating to the reasonableness and payability of service charges as well as acting on behalf of clients in County Court proceedings.

Anna’s role also includes providing technical advice to clients with regard to the impact of the Building Safety Act 2022 on recoverability of service charges. She also advises clients in relation to available remedies for building safety defects including remediation orders, remediation contribution orders and claims under the Defective Premises Act 1972.

Anna also frequently provides commentary through articles and blog posts which deliver practical advice on a range of property matters to clients and the wider public.

Anna joined JB Leitch as a paralegal in July 2023 and undertook her training contract between 2023-2025
