Head of Family Law. Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Family Law, Child Law and as a Family Law Mediator and collaborative lawyer. Regularly instructed on all aspects of family law and child law. Has extensive Court experience and experience of representing children. Specialises in cases involving complex financial provision, often with an international element. Has extensive experience of relocations of children intra UK and abroad and all types of child cases, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements and cohabitation cases.
