Mark joined MSB as a Partner in 2010. Having qualified as a Solicitor in 1994, he successfully practiced in a large corporate law firm before founding his own commercial firm. Mark heads a team of 18 and supervises MSB’s business team, comprising of corporate and commercial litigation, construction and employment teams.

With 30 years of legal experience in advising businesses and individuals in all non-contentious and contentious commercial issues, Mark has a strong reputation in resolving disputes and delivering effective commercial solutions for his clients. Over the years, he has represented a significant number of large commercial businesses, SMEs, directors of companies, those seeking to acquire a business, shareholders and individuals.

Mark advises on acquisitions and sales of business, Commercial/IPR contracts, business disputes, IPR disputes, construction contracts and adjudications, breaches of contract, Professional Negligence, Employment and Mediation. He has represented a significant number of organisations in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, housing, construction and professional sector.

Mark is proud to work for a Tier 1 Legal 500 Firm and in a Legal 500 ranked department alongside three of his colleagues.
