Legal Director

Victoria is a Legal Director at the firm and an experienced solicitor in the Employment team. She provides expert practical advice and assists both individuals and commercial clients on a wide range of employment and HR issues such as:

Contracts of Employment, Policy Drafting & Employee Handbooks Directors Service Agreements Restrictive Covenants Discrimination TUPE Disciplinary and grievance procedures Managing sickness absences Restructure and redundancy advice Negotiation of Settlement Agreements Employment tribunal claims of Unfair or Constructive Dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.

Victoria is approachable, reliable and straight talking. She understands that each client is unique and provides a personalised service to ensure the best and most cost-effective result is achieved. She acts privately and under the terms of various insurance policies.

She regularly gives employment updates to the CIPD and clients of the Firm.

She is also a volunteer for the ELIPS scheme.

Victoria completed her law degree (LLB hons 2:1) and legal practice course in Leeds.
