Legal Director
Christine Newton is a Legal Director at FS Litigation, advising on complex commercial litigation and corporate disputes, with particular expertise in construction, engineering, and professional services claims.
With over 20 years’ PQE, Christine has led multi-million-pound disputes across a wide range of sectors including engineering, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and pharmaceuticals.
She is also a Certified Practitioner in Data Protection and is particularly effective in ADR and arbitration. She has extensive experience in mediation, achieving successful settlements for numerous clients as a result.
Career
Christine joined FS Legal in December 2018 after three years as General Counsel at national logistics business Arrow XL.
Prior to that, she was a Legal Director at Hill Dickinson LLP, where she was recognised by Legal 500 and won Associate of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards.
