Partner, a Polish‑qualified lawyer and the head of the competition practice. She has 30 years’ experience in advising on the most significant merger control proceedings involving companies active in Poland. She provides advice on restrictive agreements, including cartels and abuses of dominant position, as well as on consumer protection, state aid, and other areas of European law, such as the free movement of goods and services. Małgorzata regularly represents clients before the Polish Competition Authority, the European Commission, and competition courts.
