Partner, a Polish-qualified lawyer, with nearly 20 years of experience in public procurement law, advising on complex infrastructure and energy projects.

Katarzyna has extensive experience in public procurement and the delivery of complex investment projects, including public-private partnerships and concessions, with a particular focus on cross-border aspects. She advises on structuring large-scale projects involving the public sector and supports both public and private clients at all stages of procurement procedures, including pre-qualification, tendering and contract execution, as well as in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber.

Her experience spans a range of sectors, including construction, energy, defence, environmental protection and healthcare, and includes some of the most complex investment projects on the Polish market. She has significant international experience, including working for law firms in Spain, and regularly supports foreign investors entering the Polish and wider CEE markets, in particular from Spanish-speaking and Asian jurisdictions.
