Maria is an Associate Partner specialising in insurance and liability law, with special expertise in construction, property and product liability as well as coverage disputes. Maria has a significant knowledge not only of the insurance industry, but also possesses a strong understanding of the broking sector, underwriting and reinsurance.

Prior to joining Fenchurch Law, Maria worked in the Insurance industry for nearly two decades having held senior legal positions and responsibility for claims legal departments. Maria therefore brings with her not only substantial leadership experience but also broad experience with claims defence, litigation, coverage disputes, recovery and more.
