Managing Partner, Scandinavia

Morten launched Fenchurch Law’s Denmark office in October 2024 to provide specialist legal support to policyholders across the Nordic region.

As the Managing Partner of Fenchurch Law Scandinavia, Morten is responsible for managing the firm’s presence in the region.

Morten has over thirty years of experience working for the insurance industry within all sectors, including acting as the Assistant District Attorney for the Danish Prosecutor on white collar crime. Before starting Fenchurch Law Scandinavia, Morten had a successful career at Kennedys, taking on the role of Managing Partner for their Copenhagen office and later becoming a Co-Managing Partner for the entire EMEA region.

For the last twenty five years, Morten’s focus has been on complex, high-value Financial Lines, Construction and international/cross-border insurance litigation.

Morten is admitted to the Supreme Court and a member of the Supreme Court Bar.
