Litigation: Corporate & Commercial

Kathleen is a tri-qualified Barrister licensed in England and Wales, California and the British Virgin Islands. Kathleen has a broad commercial practice with a focus on complex and international commercial litigation, particularly company and shareholder disputes and civil fraud as well as offshore trust and insolvency work. Before moving to England, Kathleen practiced media and employment law in California and also spent four years working in international law for the United Nations in New York.
