Partner & Head of Clinical Negligence

Tim is a Partner and one of our Heads of Clinical Negligence at Fletchers and leads our Liverpool Clinical Negligence teams. Throughout his career has worked on claims of modest value, right through to multimillion pound clinical negligence cases, of utmost severity achieving successful outcomes for the most vulnerable clients and families. 

Now, Tim oversees the technical legal aspects of his teams cases, ensuring that we provide excellent client service throughout the whole litigation process. As a passionate manager and leader, Tim helps lead his team to delivering their KPI performance targets, helping to ensure the firm is working in the most efficient and productive manner possible and empowering his team leaders to deliver the businesses objectives.

Tim also works closely with other departments within Fletchers to deliver company objectives as well as more widely across the Group. He serves as a key point of contact for external partners, developing excellent working relationships with Counsel and Agencies, working with the Fletchers Clinical Negligence Department.

In addition to this, Tim is proud to hold a key leadership position in a Band 1 – Chambers & Partners firm and to be heading up one of the Fletchers Group offices to deliver and support growth of the company profile and the teams in Liverpool. He continues to enjoy working on a wide range of clinical negligence cases.
