Louise Dempsey is an Associate Solicitor and Team Leader in the Employers’ & Public Liability team, managing a team of solicitors and paralegals handling a wide range of employers’ liability, public liability and occupiers’ liability cases.   

Louise has been a qualified solicitor since 2012 and has worked in the legal profession since 2005, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. She has a particular interest in employers’ liability claims, driven by a strong belief that everyone should feel safe at work and be able to return home to their family free from the risk of injury.

Alongside her leadership responsibilities, Louise remains committed to supporting her own clients in securing the compensation they deserve.

Louise finds great satisfaction in holding negligent employers accountable and helping clients secure the compensation they’re entitled to. She’s also committed to ensuring clients have access to the treatment and support they need to aid their recovery.
