Emmanuèle is a Founding Partner of Signature’s Paris office, where she heads the Insurance and Reinsurance practice.

With over 30 years’ experience in insurance and reinsurance, Emmanuèle represents clients across the sector, both in France and internationally, including in the US, MENA, South America and Asia. She has a particular focus on disputes involving complex insurance and reinsurance programs, advising clients on policy and treaty wording and coverage issues.

Emmanuèle is renowned for her understanding of the global insurance and reinsurance markets and her ability to address complex, multi-stakeholder technical issues, often involving cross-border litigation.

She has significant experience in landmark disputes involving property damage, civil and professional liability, and financial lines, including cybersecurity, D&O and E&O cases, and fraud.

Her expertise lies primarily in the product liability, energy (particularly nuclear), commodities, and infrastructure sectors. Her clients range from heavy industry to luxury hospitality groups.

While Emmanuèle’s practice focuses exclusively on insurance and reinsurance, she began her career in construction litigation. She continues to advise national and international construction companies on post-contract operational legal risk management, claims, and disputes.
