Razina is a consultant solicitor in our commercial property practice.

She joined Jurit in 2024 from Trowers & Hamlins where she was a Senior Associate in the Development & Regeneration team acting on mixed use developments.

Based in Birmingham, Razina brings with her significant experience in commercial real estate advice, particularly in the retail and office markets, having acted for major landlords of retail parks across the UK.

With over 15 years PQE, Razina has a great deal of strategic commercial property experience, providing clients with rounded advice to support their property investment or lease decisions.

She recently acted as lead lawyer in the development of a mixed use scheme comprising a 4-star hotel, two grade A office buildings and residential accommodation buildings with commercial ground floor uses and a recreation area.

Razina is adept at supporting her commercial property clients through competitive dialogue process, and is experienced in advising on Heads of Terms and preparing development agreements with underlying documents.

In addition to her contractual lease expertise, including the emerging area of green lease agreements, Razina is also experienced in investment property acquisition and disposal, renewable energy, property restructuring agreements and regeneration and development.

Razina is also able to advise on Shari’a compliant property investment, and will be building a niche practice for people wanting to deal with property in an Islamic compliant way, including financing arrangements which are in line with the principles of Islam.
