Joanne Cestaro is one of the longest serving solicitors at Lawtons, joining the team in 2005.

Joanne has specialised in criminal defence work since qualifying as a solicitor in 1997. She therefore has experience in dealing with every aspect of criminal litigation from the police station through to the Crown Court.

Joanne works very closely with her clients throughout the criminal process, ensuring that explanation and guidance is provided at every stage. She deals with some of Lawtons most vulnerable clients, who are particularly anxious about proceedings, and provides them with reassurance and support through a process that can be extremely stressful and daunting.
