Kate Wheeler is a qualified solicitor specialising in commercial property transactions. After training and qualifying at a city firm, Maples Teesdale, Kate joined Charles Russell Speechleys, where she developed her experience and skills. She joined GBH Law after a short career break, bringing up her young family. She works closely with Kathryn to ensure clients achieve their objectives in property matters.
Kate acts for a wide variety of clients, handling all aspects of commercial property work, including commercial landlord and tenant work, lease renewals and acquisitions or disposals. She also assists on the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals. She also has experience of refinancing commercial property, acting for both property owners and a number of banks.
