Associate Solicitor

Clare is part of the corporate team at GBH Law. She qualified as a solicitor after training with Berwin Leighton Paisner in London and remained with the Banking Group there following qualification, building up her knowledge of a variety of clients, corporate affairs and financing transactions.

During a career break to bring up her young family, Clare undertook company secretarial matters for various companies and trained as a mediator. She joined GBH as an assistant in the corporate team, dealing with due diligence and disclosure and ancillary transactional matters.
