The IP team is one of the largest specialist practices across the Midlands undertaking both contentious and non contentious matters. The teams acts on a wide variety of actions in the Patents Court and wider High Court and has substantial experience of litigation in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court with an emphasis on patent, design and brand related work.

The team acts for clients across a range of sectors and has particular experience of acting for clients in non contentious matters across sectors including manufacturing, telecommunications, media and broadcasting, engineering, education, construction, transport, energy, retail and life sciences.
